2. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions apply when you use our website or place an order through shinexus.co.uk. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or place an order.

3. Our products

SHINEXUS designs Pilates grip socks and related movement lifestyle products. Our products are designed for Pilates, barre, yoga, home movement and low-impact studio use. Product descriptions, images, colours and sizing information are provided to help you choose the right item. Slight variations in colour may occur due to lighting, screen settings and production.

4. Product information and fit

We aim to make product information as accurate as possible. However, fit and feel may vary depending on foot shape, shoe size and personal preference. Please check the size guide before placing your order. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering.

5. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted. Payment must be completed at checkout through our available payment providers. We do not store full card details on our servers.

6. Orders and acceptance

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms that we have received your order. A contract is formed when we accept your order and dispatch the goods, or when we otherwise confirm acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order where an item is unavailable, payment is not authorised, information is incorrect, or we reasonably suspect misuse, fraud or error.

7. Discount codes and promotions

Discount codes and promotional offers are subject to availability and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Unless stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined with other offers, applied retrospectively or exchanged for cash.

8. Delivery

Delivery options, charges and estimated timeframes will be shown at checkout. We currently deliver to the United Kingdom. We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.

9. Pre-orders

If an item is sold as a pre-order, the estimated dispatch date will be shown on the product page or checkout page. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that delivery will take place after the estimated production or arrival period. If the estimated dispatch date changes materially, we will update you by email.

10. Your right to cancel

If you are a UK consumer buying online, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving your goods. To cancel, contact us at contact@shinexus.co.uk with your order number. You then have another 14 days to return the goods to us. This right may not apply to certain sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed, where permitted by law.

11. Returns for non-faulty products

For hygiene reasons, non-faulty socks must be unworn, unwashed, unused and returned with original packaging, tags and any hygiene seal intact where applicable. Please do not return items without contacting us first. Customers are responsible for return postage for non-faulty returns unless we state otherwise.

12. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and offer a replacement, refund or other appropriate solution in line with your statutory rights. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights.

13. Refunds

Approved refunds will be made to the original payment method. We aim to process refunds within 14 days after receiving the returned goods, or after you provide evidence that you have sent them back, where applicable. Original delivery charges may be refunded where required by law.

14. Care and use

Please follow the care instructions provided with the product. Grip soles may wear over time depending on use, washing method and surface type. We recommend avoiding rough outdoor surfaces and high-heat drying to help preserve the grip.

15. Intellectual property

All content, including brand name, logos, text, photography, graphics, product names and design assets, belongs to SHINEXUS or our licensors unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

16. Website use

You agree not to misuse our website, attempt to interfere with its security, upload harmful code, collect data without permission, or use the website in a way that may damage SHINEXUS or other users.

17. Reviews and user content

By submitting a review, photo, comment or other content to us or tagging SHINEXUS on social media, you confirm that the content is your own and does not infringe anyone else's rights. We may ask for permission to use user-generated photos or videos in our marketing.

18. Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms or our negligence. We are not responsible for business losses, indirect losses, or losses that were not foreseeable. We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

19. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including postal disruption, customs delays, supplier delays, severe weather, technical failures or other circumstances beyond our control.

20. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You may also have rights to bring a claim in your local courts.
